Delivery Information

We deliver our goods exclusively across Victoria, Australia, using a refrigerated courier service. Our delivery service covers most areas within Victoria, including some major regional zones.

Please anticipate delivery within 7 business days depending on location. Our couriers operate between 7 am and 6 pm on your scheduled delivery day. Regrettably, specific delivery times within this window cannot be guaranteed.

While we aim to provide confirmed delivery days, occasional delays may occur due to road freight, border closures, traffic conditions, and weather events. In such instances, deliveries will be rescheduled for the next available business day.

Tracking information will be shared on the day of delivery. Please note that delivery days may be subject to change during public holidays.

Product Handling and Storage

Upon receiving your delivery, we advise against leaving the product outside for an extended period. Our products require proper storage conditions for optimal freshness and preservation.

To maintain the integrity of the product, we highly recommend refrigerating it promptly upon receipt. This ensures that the product retains its freshness, flavour, and nutritional value as intended.

Please be aware that failure to refrigerate the product promptly may compromise its quality. As such, we cannot guarantee its freshness if left unrefrigerated for an extended period after delivery.

Delivery Fees

Enjoy the convenience of doorstep delivery in Melbourne Metro for just $18. For all other areas, delivery is $22.

Delivery Address Requirements
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes; kindly provide a valid street address for delivery.

Apartment Deliveries
Drivers may be unable to enter apartment buildings; be informed when your order is delivered to the front of the building or foyer.

Address Changes
Kindly note that we cannot alter delivery addresses once your order has been dispatched, as we utilise a third-party courier service.

Troubleshooting Checkout
If you cannot checkout after entering your postcode, it indicates that our courier currently does not deliver to your address.
